Often mistaken for real flowers, Ginny’s sugar flower artistry is much sought after by couples wishing to keep their exquisite sugar creations as a memento from their special day. Ginny cuts, shapes and hand crafts each petal into a beautiful sugar flower that complements a wedding couple’s fresh florals in both style and colour.
Working from her beautiful wedding cake showroom on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, Ginny's style of wedding cakes are timeless, elegant and romantic. She combines subtle colour palettes, edible lace and her renowned sugar flowers with flawless finishes, immaculate attention to detail and an entirely personal bespoke service for her clients.
Ginny loves what she does, which can clearly be seen in the care and attention she devotes to each wedding cake. Due to high demand and only taking on a limited number of orders each month, Ginny is booked by couples up to two years in advance.
