The Little Sugar Rose was established in 2017 after baker and cake designer Ginny discovered a passion for creating delicate sugar flowers.  Based on the beautiful Norfolk/Suffolk border,  Ginny has developed a style which is timeless, elegant and romantic.

Ginny prides herself on providing an entirely personal and bespoke service from the initial consultation to the delivery and set up of a wedding cake on a couple's special day.  She loves what she does, which can clearly be seen in the care and attention Ginny devotes to each wedding cake and she only takes on a limited number of orders each month.

The Little Sugar Rose's reputation has grown quickly leading to exciting opportunities working with prestigious venues and having its cakes featured in leading bridal magazines.  On asking Ginny what she loves most about her work, she replies "Working with a couple to create their dream wedding cake and bringing their vision to life is quite simply the icing on the (beautifully iced) cake!"
